Through our Mediabox advisory role we help provide young people with the opportunity to produce creative media projects. Second Light is a natural extension of the opportunities First Light and Mediabox have offered to young people. We are delighted to support a scheme that helps young trainees from BME backgrounds break into the industry and Second Light’s aims to broaden the diversity of the industry’s workforce and break down perceived barriers to entry.
