Sigmatak Internet Safety Filmmaking Competition
25 January 2013
Sigmatak Limited, an Information Security Consultancy, has launched a filmmaking competition to help promote internet safety for children.
The organisation would like young people to make short films highlighting the dangers of online use and look at what measures can be taken for a safer online experience.
The competition is being supported by four leading organisations, two of which include McAfee and the Royal Holloway University and the judging panel will consist of senior leaders from blue chip organisations.
This is a great opportunity for schools and organisations working with young people to help address the growing need to teach young people the importance of keeping safe online.
There’s a prize for the winning entry and the deadline for submissions is 30th April.
The competition is open to schools, youth groups and individuals. Check out the flyer on the right and the Sigmatak website for further information.
