When a meteor lands in a small town it has some strange effects in the locals. A young boy discovers he has special powers and it isn’t long before he realises he isn’t the only one. As the boy sets about creating a super gang, he is unaware of the evil that is brewing in another part of town. Not all people who received powers are good.
