This fast-paced documentary follows a group of parkour obsessed lads from Pontypool as they travel to London’s Southbank, a hot spot for the new French sport. Running Free captures some beautiful movements by the group, as they catapult themselves over obstacles in the urban environment from walls and railings to the famous lions at the foot of Nelson’s Column.
