First Light is seeking to recruit a Project Assistant to help deliver our Young Film Fund programme.

First Light helps young people from all backgrounds to develop their skills, talent, creativity, confidence and entrepreneurial capabilities. We do this by providing opportunities to work with industry professionals on high quality youth led digital media projects.

The Project Assistant role is key to the smooth running of First Light. The successful post holder will assist the Programme Manager with the effective administration of the Young Film Fund and provide the wider First Light team with administrative support across all areas of the business.

First Light is offering a six month contract for this position.

Please note the Project Assistant is an administration position. Please do not apply if you are seeking practical experience of filmmaking with young people.
