The BBC’s Connect and Create programme encourages BBC staff to work in partnership with community organisations and charities across the UK. First Light has worked with BBC staff in developing training programmes for the Digital Documenters and has recruited BBC staff as mentors for the Second Light participants, in order to transfer knowledge and expertise about the film and moving image industries.
