Leigh is responsible for the day-to-day and strategic management of First Light. Avoiding the seven-year-itch, Leigh has been with the company since it began and has previously been a project manager, finance manager and chief operating officer for First Light before stepping into Pip’s shoes during her maternity leave in September 2008. An Arts Management graduate, Leigh had a real laugh working for the Leicester Comedy Festival and rather less of a giggle at Melton Borough Council before joining First Light in 2001.
