HR Director, ALL3MEDIA

Debbie is a qualified HR practitioner and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development with a background in managing Customer Service and HR operations in major organisations, including BA, Grand Met (now Diageo) Granada/ITV and Page & Moy.

She is currently HR Director for ALL3MEDIA. She was previously HR Director South for Granada/ITV (1999 – 2004) where she was directly responsible for all HR site operations/production HR at LWT, Meridian & Anglia TV along with ITV’s International production companies.

Debbie has also been involved in several major change programmes, including the Granada/United and Granada/Carlton Mergers and enjoys helping organisations through periods of change, especially where uncertainty may exist and management teams need additional guidance and support through the change process.
